You have to be very patient! This dealership worked with me on buying a vehicle which needed to be shipped (sight unseen). However, I had to contact them daily, there was a lot of confusion about the bottom-line price and even after the vehicle was delivered I had to call several times to have my title mailed to me (the owner of the company finally got it done). They agreed to reimburse me some money for tires and, again, it took a call to the owner to move things ahead. Out of fairness to the dealership, I could not go there in person, but I was able to buy a car I am enjoying. More
