Never Again.. 6 years ago I bought a GMC Sierra from Dan Cummins. It only took 4 and 1/2 hours to do so, which was a bit ridiculous but I love the truck and decided 6 years ago I bought a GMC Sierra from Dan Cummins. It only took 4 and 1/2 hours to do so, which was a bit ridiculous but I love the truck and decided to give them another try. We drove two and a half hours to look at a Ford Ranger that they had for sale. I really like the truck and wanted to wheel and deal on it. We went inside and was seated at which point our sales rep Ozzy told us he needed to help another customer that had been there earlier. As as he was helping them he was paged to the back offices. After sitting there for 25 minutes and not having done nothing at all, my wife and I decided to get up and leave. After we have been gone for more than 30 minutes Ozzy call this and wanted to know why we left. I told him we didn't have all night and that they did this last time we were there. This car dealership is so arrogant but they think they can sell you the car when they're ready. News flash, people have things to do and ridiculous sales tactics are Over the Top. Six months ago I bought my daughter's car from another dealership and from start to finish it only took 20 minutes. I guess I'll be going back to them. More

Luis Hernandez was my salesman on this transaction but, after experiencing his work, will likely move up from there before I purchase again.
