Attitude Service adviser asked if I there for oil change and tire rotation. I told him that two of the tires were installed within the last 6 months. He stated that if I did not want the tires rotated, he would remove the rotation from the scheduled service. I told him to rotate them. I asked if they could re-install the Buick emblem that fell off the passenger doorframe. He basically told me how to do it myself. I asked to wash the car and he said it was closed. I don’t know why they call it a SERVICE Department. More

Warranty Repair Reflectors in both head lights and floor liner peg replaced due to manufactor defect. I had to bring it in twice, even though the defect was noted when I picked up the vehicle. The first time it took four and a half hours for the service department to confirm there was a defect and parts would have to be ordered. The defect was noted when I picked up the new vehicle, two weeks before the first service appointment. The second appointment was much better but still took in excess of four hours. It seems that if an appointment is made the service should be initiated at that time. Why else would you make an appointment? This time factor was the only issue I had with the dealership. Sales staff were very helpful and were all other staff. More
