We just purchased a beautiful new Suburban. The original contract stated a price for "Total Delivered" but did not include a specific line for shipping or destination fees, so more money was requested when contract stated a price for "Total Delivered" but did not include a specific line for shipping or destination fees, so more money was requested when the driver arrived; more than was listed on the contract we already signed. After initial challenges with other staff, Jeremy at Dan Cummins was very helpful, professional, and understanding, and said he would honor the original contract amount. We just received a check in the mail for the difference. It appears some people still value customer service and integrity. I am a new fan of Dan Cummins in KY. Thank you. More

The salesman Darrius was pleasant and we built a good relationship. The dealership is clean and inviting. My issue is…I had to drive from Paris KY back to North Carolina with out a license plate and am s relationship. The dealership is clean and inviting. My issue is…I had to drive from Paris KY back to North Carolina with out a license plate and am still unable to put a plate on the car. Someone at the dealership put the wrongs screws in and stripped the plate holder holes. I’m having to wait for a local dealer to order the replacements. More
Pretty disappointed. Went through Kelly blue book to price my car and was priced at $3,500. Was instantly contacted by Dan Cummins to purchase the car. I scheduled to come up the next day. No one really price my car and was priced at $3,500. Was instantly contacted by Dan Cummins to purchase the car. I scheduled to come up the next day. No one really directed us and felt like we were an afterthought. We sat waiting for three hours only to be offered less than half of what was quoted by Kelly blue book of the car. Asked us if we wanted to come back at a later time to speak with a service tech. All the employees were great at standing around and chit chatting with each other but felt like we wasted a three hour drive time. Pretty unprofessional and wasted my time. More
