Came to look at a truck today. While my husband was looking at it the alarm started going off, upon looking up a salesman was walking towards us with customers and had hit the pani While my husband was looking at it the alarm started going off, upon looking up a salesman was walking towards us with customers and had hit the panic button on the key fob. He had just sold it and apparently that was his way of telling us to get away from the vehicle. We found it considerably rude. We decided to wait and try to speak with him anyway to see if they had anything else on the lot waited for the sale on the lot and low and behold he walked right by us, not speaking to us. I was shocked! We decided to walk around the lot ourselves and were never approached by anyone, not one single person spoke to us. So we left. They lost a sale today and any other day. Customer service matters! More
