Customer for life We bought our truck and tahoe from Dan Cummins. Our truck was used and the check engine light was on when we bought it. We were assured that any issue contributing to the engine light would be fixed. We noticed our truck was burning oil. We spoke with Dusty (owner) who stated that he would ensure that they would take care of any problem. We completed 5 oil consumption tests to be notified that our engine needed new pistons. (to be rebuilt) Dusty and his team went above and beyond and rebuilt our trucks engine and took care of our family during the process. This isn't just a business, but a place who cares about their customers on a personal level. They stand behind their vehicles and I will never go anywhere else when I have to purchase a car!!!! More

Test drive revealed a shake in a tire an the 2 remote start key fobs didnt work. So were haggling an i mention i want to have it inspected an rick the salesmanager says its been inspected. I shouldve left then but didnt cause ive bought 15 cars from them over the yrs. so we buy the car. They offer to replace ONE key fob. An said we'll check the tires. Here its 3 wks later no key fob with start. The wife wanted the car for the remote start. No calls to keep us informed. Ive called repeatedly an get the runaround answer "its ordered". I call parts an tim says i can have you one in 2 days. I asked why havent got mine yet? Says hes not ordered any. Here we sit waiting for one keyfob. Not the 2 it came with. For 150$ i can get the other one. The car still shakes but dan cummins has our money so they dont care. Like i said earlier ive bought 15 cars there an my loyalty doesnt even qualify for an key fob? Sad place indeed! More

He's also has a great personality allowing him to connect to people in a way that makes them comfortable with their experience. We drove from Dayton OH to make this transaction because the perceived value was too good to ignore and Ciprian's prompt follow through and advice from our phone inquiries was outstanding. What we found once we arrived was that the experience was as good or better than the car deal. This is truly a first class dealership that understands how to take care of the customer. We arrived late on a Friday night to a busy showroom yet Ciprian was prepared for us, showed us the vehicle, and maneuvered us through the transaction in an efficient manner. I was put off and had to call back three times in order to get someone who would help me. You need to work on that team to make sure they know they are the face of your dealership to anyone reaching in from the Internet (i.e. most out of state buyers). I live in Georgia so the drive 500+ miles round trip could only be made worth it by a good experience. It was only when I was assigned a salesman, Ciprian Zisu that things began to change. He handled everything for me, made me aware of all of the issues, had two tires installed and the car was cleaned and immaculate when I arrived. During the purchasing process, he was on top of the details, held the others in the process accountable and walked with me through each step to make sure I was satisfied. At the end, he followed up the following day and then again to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. These are the kinds of people you need in a dealership of this size (or of any size). Please see that Ciprian is rewarded for his outstanding salesmanship. I will be a return customer and willing to drive the distance for service like that. We first spoke with Steve one of the sales managers and told him of the situation with our drive and expressed out expectations and concerns. Steve was very humble and understanding and got us with our salesman Micheal and I am so satisfied with the treatment we received. Michael went above and beyond and found a way to completely satisfy us. On a hot day he was running the lot and catering to every need I had. He made sure I felt comfortable with my new vehicle. Paul in finance was diligent and respectful and was accepting that I had came prepared with my own financing and attempted to find me better offers. He explained my paperwork process and made it smooth. He made the worst part of buying a car (the paperwork) come and go without a hitch.
