We were greeted at the door by Tom, who was very friendly. He quickly went to get the keys to the Mazda for us to test drive. We liked it, but when we got back Tom informed us it would be difficult to get us approved for the Mazda given how much we owed on our trade in. He suggested we look at a new Chevy Cruze, since it would be easier to got approval for. We found one we liked and Tom had us approved, however he then told us GM had just issued a recall for the one we like due to a bad airbag sensor. He said we could still close the deal, and offered a loaner car to us until the Cruze was fixed. He then walked away for a few minutes and when he came back he had great news. He offered us a band new Malibu for almost the exact same monthly payment as the Cruze, due to the recall. The staff at Dan Cummins' was able to get us approved for the Malibu at only 3% interest, which was unbelievable due to our credit not being perfect. I was truly impressed by the entire staff's friendliness, as well as their ability to move things along without being pushy or making us feel pressured. Now I understand why so many people in my family have gone to Dan Cummins and continue to recommend it. We will definitely come back when it's time to buy again! More

Even though the lot was very busy, Michael devoted the time to get me the car that I wanted and explained all of the features. At home, I selected one of the Lacrosses that was on your web site that met my criteria and on my return visit the next day it was ready after a quick appraisal of my trade in. I specifically ask that he give be a bottom line number so I could write a check and drive off the lot. After one counter proposal, I accepted the deal. I really appreciated the no hassle negotiations; no back and forth a dozen times. The car was sitting in my driveway within 2 hours. Michael was friendly, efficient, and understanding. After driving and stopping at all the dealerships in Lexington, Georgetown and Nicholasville she was ready to throw in the towel. One afternoon she decided to google 'used cars in Lexington' and Dan Cummins popped up. She saw a 2002 Chevy Silverado that completely matched everything she had wanted in a used truck. We decided right then to go check it out. Although they were scheduled to close in 15 minutes my daughter ran into the dealership to inquire about a price for the truck.
