Would strongly recommend you check and make sure they have the vehicle still available before you drive to them. Took off a day of work to go to a appointment that the Paris Ky dealership at 2pm 9/23/24 have the vehicle still available before you drive to them. Took off a day of work to go to a appointment that the Paris Ky dealership at 2pm 9/23/24 to walk in and find out the guy I had booked it with had sold it after talking to me and having me book a appointment on the Saturday before. Got all the messages confirming it. Just to get there and get told it was sold and not a single person contacted me to let me know it was sold. So I wasted a day of work and a hour there and back drive for nuthin. Very unprofessional for everyone involved. Will have to say the poor guy that was stuck in the situation was trying to help but a manger should have stepped in after finding out what had happened. So no I wouldn’t recommend this place at all More
