Excellent First Time Experience I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle yesterday. I went in to test drive a 2015 Suburban and Tahoe, thinking I would make a purchase in the fa I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle yesterday. I went in to test drive a 2015 Suburban and Tahoe, thinking I would make a purchase in the fall. Evan Walters met me at the door and quickly brought around the vehicle for me to drive. When we went back in, he asked if I wanted him to run some numbers on my trade. He did so quickly and the dealership ended up giving me a very fair price for my trade in. With a low price on the new vehicle, I was able to go ahead and make the purchase that day. I had come pre-approved with a good rate from my credit union just in case. The dealership was able to beat that rate for financing. This was a plus. I never felt pressured throughout the process. Everyone I worked with seemed very honest and helpful. I had two young children with me and everyone was so nice to them. What I really loved is Evan's response time. I ended up taking my old vehicle home so I could empty it and they could process the final paperwork and clean my new vehicle in the interim. Once I got home, I had to text Evan a few times for logistics and he responded right away. He also asked for a time that I would return so he could have the vehicle ready, saving me wait time! I loved this too:) I said 5:30. We pulled in about 5:28 and there was Evan, pulling around my shiny new car! I was so impressed with his follow-through and response time. I would definitely use this dealership and salesman again!! This was the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had!!! Finally, I love the idea of the power train for life warranty. I feel like the people here made it very clear what the parameters were around that so I could be sure to take advantage of it!! More

Easiest purchase ever, great experience! We found the van we wanted online and drove 45 minutes to test drive. Josh Wylie was great! Very personable and answered all of our questions. We added a remote start and the premier protectant to our purchase. Josh scheduled them over a two day span with a loaner car so we only had to leave the van over night and wasn't without a vehicle. The van was missing the organizer bin in the back and Josh took care of that as well. It took a little while to see the finance guy but that was because they are so busy. When it was our turn all we had to do was sign and go. Great experience and highly recommended. More
