He was a very good fit for my car buying experience. Price was lower than anywhere else, and they were very upfront about fees. Malcolm was good as well. My only complaint with the finance was that he tried to pull a fast one by calling the bank ahead and getting my interest rate lowered without explicitly stating it - then offered an additional warranty by saying my monthly payment would be the same as we agreed to earlier. This was a true statement, but he failed to mention my rate (and monthly payment) would be lower if I didn't take the package. Of course I didn't take the package and, with the lower interest rate he got right before I took the loan, my payments ended up being less than what was offered on the sales floor. Overall a great experience still. It's still a car dealership and they obviously try to make money - but they were very pleasant and didn't try to force me into anything. More
