As the mother of newborn twins, who also works full-time, I had very limited time to peruse a lot, negotiate, etc. and utilized their internet service to complete the majority of the car buying process. With the help of Megan Saxey, Corey Brewer and Adam Brown I was able to trade in my tiny Ford Fiesta for a Chrysler Town & Country Touring and at the payment amount I wanted! I've been to other dealerships that were much more open to explain what was being financed, what the fees were, what the interest rate was, etc. I'm not a fan of trying to negotiate a monthly payment but I prefer to know the bottom line.
