Huge Inventory Thank you Austin Sipple for patiently helping us to find the right vehicle on our 2013 Tahoe. Unsure of which vehicle would fit our budget, Austin hu Thank you Austin Sipple for patiently helping us to find the right vehicle on our 2013 Tahoe. Unsure of which vehicle would fit our budget, Austin hung out with us for seven hours while we made the decision and financed our new ride. He continually told us that he was there for us and that it was okay that we were taking so long to decide. Tim Hendershot in finance was extremely nice. There were SO many vehicles available! I have never seen such a large dealership. Having been a pre-owned vehicle, I was THRILLED when Austin gave me a call a couple of days later to let me know that the interior door panel was going to be fixed free of charge! I just wish that they could have also fixed the mirror and replaced the cup holder, thus the main reason I only gave 4 stars. If you are in the market for a new Chevy, this definitely is a good place to start as it made our five hour round trip a success. Thank you Austin! Megan Saxey handled all of my online inquiries about the inventory. She was extremely kind! I never met her face to face, but her gentleness was apparent through her texts. Also, Malcolm Thomas was polite when I apologized for holding up the dealership so late. He smiled and reminded me that they were here for me! Thanks to everyone who assisted us! More
