Good Staff and Great Selection I purchased my vehicle on Labor Day and it was very busy. We were put on a waiting list when we arrived. We were walking around the lot by ourselves a I purchased my vehicle on Labor Day and it was very busy. We were put on a waiting list when we arrived. We were walking around the lot by ourselves and my dad stopped a salesperson on a golf cart (who was showing another customer around) about where we could find a certain vehicle. He directed us to the used car lot. We walked around for about 30 more minutes before the same salesperson (Jordan Stanfield) showed up in the vehicle we had asked about and took us for a test drive. He could have easily waited for us to be bumped up on the waiting list but instead he found the vehicle we were looking for and assisted us in his spare time. He did not pressure us, which was great. He just let us ask questions and drive the vehicles we were interested in. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 5 is because the salesperson who got assigned to us from the waiting list was rude. I never met him; he called my cell phone when I was on the lot. You could tell he was stressed and in a rush. I'm glad that Jordan showed up when he did. I love my new vehicle! More

Financing portion was focused on payments which for most people is good but mentioned nothing about interest rate till in finance office. Finance person, Brenna, was very nice and worked hard to fulfill my desire for a low interest rate. Might be better to have a brief printed rundown of all the add ons(extended, warranty, road hazard,etc) to look at before getting to finance person. It's a lot of decisions to make with very little info. It's an inconsistent approach compared to the more relaxed negotiating of the actual vehicle. More
