I bought a 2010 traverse from here a couple weeks ago and bought it as is, unfortunately I had some trouble about 4 days after picking up our new fami I bought a 2010 traverse from here a couple weeks ago and bought it as is, unfortunately I had some trouble about 4 days after picking up our new family vehicle, I called the dealership and told them what was going on with it and they told me to bring it back and they would take care of it, about 2 days after bringing it back the service lady called me and explained what was the problem the sales managers Anthony Kiskaden and Brian Taylor made a point to call me personally and tell me not to worry, and they took care of our vehicle at full expense! My salesperson Jorge Hernandez was amazing as well! I will never shop anywhere else for another vehicle! I'm glad to be a part of the dan cummins family!!! Complete run around from salesman So where to begin? I live out of state from this dealership. I requested information via the internet for a Toyota 4Runner. Not to long after I was contacted by Courtney Treadway. She answered all questions and was quick to get me an out the door price. Well then that's when Jorge Hernandez (the salesman) contacted me by email saying he had an out the door price. Now all of this took place on Monday. I told him I had a trade and he said he would email me an appraisal report. He did, I filled it out, and then that was it. Never heard from him. Got back in contact with Courtney and she emailed me out another one. Sent it to her and she received it. This was now Wednesday 4/5/17. Thursday 4/6/17, I still haven't heard anything so I emailed Courtney again. I emailed Jorge also the trade information and pictures of the trade. Again no response from him on even receiving the info. Courtney emailed me back this morning 4/7/17 saying she spoke with him and he was working on it and he would call mid morning. Nope no call so I called him. Said he was working it and would be in touch. So time goes by and I call him again at 7:20 pm. He said he was working the final numbers and it might be a little higher than I offered him but he would have the final result in about 45 minutes to an hour and he would call. Well guess what? 1 1/2 hours goes by and nothing so I texted him wanting the info so I could drive up tomorrow. Here's his response after I told him I felt like I was getting the run around. "No, it's not that. I've been checking to see if it was going to sell or not. It just sold" So it sold from 7:20 until closing at 8:00? Never once did he call to tell me. Never once did I receive an offer. Never once did I have a chance to put a deposit down and lock it in. Dealership has great reviews but this is by far the worst experience ever. I felt like I had to earn his business. Maybe it's just one bad in the bunch but I will not be looking for another vehicle from this place again!!!!! More

Walking into Dan Cummins for the first time can be a little overwhelming with the buzz of employees running around and the mass of customers being hel Walking into Dan Cummins for the first time can be a little overwhelming with the buzz of employees running around and the mass of customers being helped, but it won't take long for you to realize that this is not the same environment as other car lots. The employees are running around so that they can resolve any issues their customer may have. At no point did I feel pressured. At no point did I feel like they were going to try and put me in a vehicle that I did not want. At no point did I feel like they were hiding some "give" in the sales price. I usually avoid car lots due to the high pressures put on you pushy salesmen. At Dan Cummins, Tyler Abshear and Austin Sipple immediately put all of the pressure on themselves to put me in a vehicle that I loved for a price that I could afford. They took care of all of the small issues with the car (creaky door needed WD40, Car was low on fuel) and made sure that I was comfortable through the whole process. Zach Toomey, a manager, even came to help go through the details of the sale. Dan Cummins is a business that obviously holds CUSTOMER SERVICE as it's top priority. This was a great buying experience for me and I am sure to be back to Dan Cummins when the time comes for another vehicle. More
