Service Review This is my second vehicle purchase from Dan Cummins and each experience has been very pleasant and I've been highly satisfied. Each time I've used ser This is my second vehicle purchase from Dan Cummins and each experience has been very pleasant and I've been highly satisfied. Each time I've used service maintenance on my vehicles I've been pleased. However, when I was there on Saturday, April 15,2017 I left after waiting almost 3 hrs for a schedule check up. While waiting I heard a few customers complain about their service experience that particular day so I'm hoping it was just a bad day. When I finally got tired of sitting and waiting for my name to be called I walked out into the service check in and asked how much longer for my services to be complete. When the lady asked my name she turned and grabbed a file behind her. She said, I called your name but you weren't in the waiting area. I had a puzzled look and just brushed it off. Paid my bill and left. However, I never left the waiting area the entire time I was there. I sat in the same spot and read 10 chapters of a book that day. I very seldom leave a bad review and my experiences up until that day have always been courteous fast and efficient. However on this day I left upset and mostly irritated that I waited so long. More

Best sales consultant I've bought at least a dozen cars in my life and dealt with many more dealers. At best I came out content other times disappointed and upset but with I've bought at least a dozen cars in my life and dealt with many more dealers. At best I came out content other times disappointed and upset but with Austin it was a completely different experience. He is the blueprint of what a sales consultant/dealer should be. He listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the direction I needed to go. He didn't give me a sales pitch or try to get me to buy features I didn't want. He's genuinely a great guy and the best in his class in my opinion. Appreciate everything he did for me in buying my new 2017 Camaro 2SS. As long as he's at Dan Cummins Chevrolet I'll keep coming back. More
