Second Vehicle in 60 Days After purchasing a vehicle for my wife from this dealership, I received a special offer that enticed me to trade my current vehicle for a new one. This dealership is located 1.5 hours from where we reside. I was impressed with the customer experience that I received while purchasing my wife's new car. I contacted our salesman when I decided to trade my vehicle. This is the most "customer friendly" dealership that I have ever experienced. I was able to negotiate a deal via the Internet and phone calls to our salesman. When we arrived at the dealership, we had already completed the paperwork, which the dealership paid for via FedEx. All we had to do was pickup the new vehicle. I have never witnessed such a busy dealership with so many customers present in the lobby. They have exceptional facilities and offer snacks and a wide variety of drinks to accommodate one while at the dealership. I will definitely use this dealership in the future and highly recommend anyone desiring a new Chevrolet or Buick to use this dealer. More

Best Dealer I've ever worked with! My experience at Dan Cummins was by far the best I have ever had at a dealership, and I've worked with many from around the country over the years. Th My experience at Dan Cummins was by far the best I have ever had at a dealership, and I've worked with many from around the country over the years. They were polite and respectful throughout negotiations, and not at all pushy. They stayed 2 hours late to finish the purchase. I worked with Tim Walton, and I would highly recommend asking for him specifically. He didn't use the standard dealership tactics, such as the "four square" sheet, a huge red flag that you are getting played. Tim approached the negotiations openly and was never advisarial at all. I usually detest the process of negotiating prices etc., but I actually enjoyed working with Tim. I will likely be returning soon for a new Corvette, and I will start with Tim at Dan Cummins with every car purchase I make from now on. More
