I was a nervous first time buyer and everything was explained in great detail to me step by step through Jordan. He answered every question through several calls and messages over the last week and was always available to assist. I was especially grateful for him going above and beyond to make sure I could pick up my vehicle on the day that worked best for my schedule as I live 4 hours out of town. Thank you! More
I was 17 trying to buy my first car I bought a 2003 Buick Century from here and it didn’t even last me a couple of days. I initially thought it only needed new brakes, a new battery, and a oil change to get Century from here and it didn’t even last me a couple of days. I initially thought it only needed new brakes, a new battery, and a oil change to get the car to run ok but the car still continued to stall every couple of miles. I took it to Firestone and I had it inspected further and discovered the car had a valve cover leak, a empty oil pan, master cylinder failure, brake flush, rack leakage and misfires in the engine and it would be another $1000 to get it fixed so it’d at least run ok. The inspector Corey Jones said they just put new spark plugs in the car to get it sold off their lot and questioned why they even had it on their lot to sell. The Firestone manager Donny said he couldn’t believe Dan Cummins would sell a lemon like this. I suggest anyone looking to buy a car from here just don’t. More
