George, Brian and Bryce are three of the coolest humans in the buisness, they did everything right to get me into the vehicle i wanted. We came to Damerow Ford after I went to another Ford dealership, when I informed the salesman at the other dealership that I wanted the V-8 Coyote motor in an F150 - he stopped me and debated my decisio dealership, when I informed the salesman at the other dealership that I wanted the V-8 Coyote motor in an F150 - he stopped me and debated my decision for a good 15 minutes! At that point I knew I was not purchasing from the other dealership, having been in vehicle sales myself - I was always told ‘the customer is always right’; obviously this was only true if your purchasing thoughts line up with what they had at the dealership! We bought both a 2024 F150 XLT and a 2024 GT Premium Mustang: California Special. First I worked with Josh Sharpe, the guy was absolutely brilliant and awesome with his ability to make me feel comfortable in finding the right F150. Then he drove me home to show my wife a GT Mustang (although the car was wonderful, due to a recall - we couldn’t buy it) which she absolutely loved. Then General Manager Brian Ronstadt did an excellent job helping bring the Mustang from Southern California to Portland. We will take delivery next week! I can not say enough about these gentlemen; they did everything in their power to get the deals done and Brian gave us a beautiful loner Mustang GT Premium until the GT/CS arrives in town. To top it off, we get free gas on Brian’s (and Damerow’s) dime while we wait for that awesome Ford product from California (pun intended). Thanks Brian and Josh for getting everything right, we will be back the next time we’re ready to buy! More

While waiting for news on my car, sales texted me to ask if I wanted to trade in my car for something "newer and nicer." If I wanted to sell my car, I would have contacted SALES and not SERVICE. So shady. When I complained to the service department, they confirmed that the system gave my information to sales, and that I was not the only service customer to complain. More

They don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. Supposedly they ordered the parts 5 months ago. Called to check in- oh, they didn't order the parts. They're just ignoring me and the problem with the car. The extended warrantee is literally worthless. Don't get me started on the issues with the reception. You ask a question, they don't respond - just transfer to an unidentified voicemail box. I think the parts and service departments must be at war, and the employees just punish the customers. More

I won't be returning for any work that isn't completely covered under my warranty because this place isn't great and I advise you get a second quote for any of the work they're recommending. They refused to replace all 3 of my engine mounts that I requested, only doing one, which then failed and needed to be replaced which was caused by the other mounts being worn out. They also ignored my request for an oil change wouldn't give me an explanation on why they wouldn't replace my 3rd mount. They also take forever to call back and no one seems to answer the phones if you miss their call. The work seems to be extremely overpriced for the area. They charged me 1,200 dollar to have my temperature sensor replaced and quoted be over 600 for a brake replacement that Les Schwab said should only cost 250. Finally despite me telling the sale department that I wasn't interested in selling, I was asked to come in and get a quote for the sale of my vehicle. More
