I took the car to a mechanic for a pre buy inspection. He mentioned the fan belt and tensioner would need to be replaced. I called Jordan and he said to have it fixed and they would take care of it. The car passed the pre buy inspection with flying colors. The mechanic asked if I would mind telling him the selling price, I did, his reply was BUY IT!! So I did, I have been happy with the car for over a year and won't hesitate to call Jordan when I buy another one. More

He explained how DLR operates and gave me details about the truck while avoiding the "pushy salesman" routine. When I returned from my test drive he talked me through the purchasing/financing process. I couldn't pass up the incredible deal, so Shawn started working on the financing while I went to get the necessary documents to close the deal. When I called to let Shawn know it was going to take me longer than expected to get back, he let me know he would be gone and Joe would take care of me. When I met Joe he picked up where Shawn had left off and walked me through the purchasing paperwork. He made the explanation of what is a boring process into an almost enjoyable experience.
