I e-mailed and then talked by phone to Mike. He is very honest, up front, and made a deal I didn't think was possible. I have never had such an easy car-buying experience, and I have bought a lot of new cars through the years. Mike went above and beyond putting this deal together. I am out of state, several states away, and this buying experience could not have gone smoother. The paperwork literally took minutes. When we arrived in Dallas, the vehicle was just as described, a beautiful, brand-new looking Escalade. Mike had it gassed it up for our trip home. I appreciate most Mike's truly honest approach. No hard sales pitch, no buy-it-now or the car will be gone, no hidden fees. It was a pressure-free buying experience.
