Over 19 years ago Dallas Lease Returns decided to change the way car buying is done. They lowered overhead and teamed up with affiliated leasing companies to cut out the "Dealer Only" auto auctions by offering one-owner, off-lease vehicles direct to the public for 45 days. No longer would you have to deal with high prices, pushy salesmen, and confusing finance managers- prices would be fair and the only vehicles offered would be to the highest standard.
Today, DLR has completed over 10,000 transactions becoming the DealerRater National Dealer of the year for 2023 and the DealerRater Texas Dealer of the year for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. DLR and its partners have been featured in many local and National publications including Auto Dealer Monthly, Vehicle Leasing Today, Dallas Morning News, and Fort Worth Business Press to name a few, and even appear in eBay marketing ad campaigns.

Great experience! No haggle. Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. (For women: I felt like I was treated fairly and as an equal.) The price is the price and it was under the KBB value! No haggling means I know I'm getting the same great deal that everyone else is. I called 10 minutes ahead of time and they had the car ready. The location is hidden behind other buildings, but worth the turning around for the variety of vehicles and price. My vehicle was practically new with low mileage and great shape. The other cars in the warehouse seemed to be almost new too. I knew exactly what I wanted going in, so it was a fairly quick and painless process. The longest part was waiting on my lender to email the documents. Chris also offered customer service after the sale. That means a lot when you're getting a new used car. If there are options you want that the car doesn't have (leather, remote start, etc), be honest and ask for referral places to do them. These guys know where to go. The price is well worth paying for upgrades separately. When it's time to get my husband's car, we'll be calling Dallas Lease Returns to get it. More
