Al really went above and beyond for me here. Even before I went to the lot. I called.... Told him what i was looking for and what did he do? He found me EXACTLY the car I was looking for. There was no hassle into getting something I was not looking for. When I got there he helped me promptly. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about his inventory and vehicles in general which gave me great answers to all my questions. I will absolutely go here and see him in the future when I plan to purchase another vehicle. For people that are reading this review.... BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE!!! Very honest and upfront! From the beginning I appreciated the honesty of the dealership. I knew what I was looking for and the budget as well. My salesperson was Afton Starks From the beginning I appreciated the honesty of the dealership. I knew what I was looking for and the budget as well. My salesperson was Afton Starks. She was awesome from beginning to end. Never skipped beat. I let her know I was interested in the car, gave her an approximate time and she made herself available. She showed me the different options on the car and allowed me to bring it to a mechanic on a busy Saturday afternoon. She encouraged me to place a no commitment (refundable) deposit since it was Friday so I could think about it and I am glad I did. I made an offer on the car and received a response within 30 min all from work! She reviewed the warranties, we agreed on a price and papers were signed within a few hours. All I had to do was sign the papers and pick up the car. I spent all of 45 min from beginning to end at the dealership. It was nice to negotiate and do business from my office. She was able to email and text throughout the day keeping me up to date since I secured my own financing. Overall, I would give her and the dealership a 5 star! My son loves the car! It is 5 years old and I can't find one dent, scratch or flaw anywhere on the car.I highly recommend DLR and Afton! you will not be disappointed! More
