They also worked very smoothly with my bank. And each time I brought my wife to the dealer I let them know her time limit and they always had her in and out in the time promised and she got along really well with the salesperson, Afton, and also with the sales manager Brent. They held the vehicle for me with a $200 deposit so that I would not have to drive all the way down only to have a vehicle just sold conversation which I appreciated. I was able to speak with several of the sales personal while waiting to get everything done to the vehicle and each and every person I spoke with at the dealership was pleasant and friendly. From my experience this is a great place to buy from with really nice cars and a very professional but friendly staff. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the dealership. The entire experience was handled courteously and with a very high degree of professionalism. I really appreciate her efforts on my behalf in completing the loan application to secure the financing, explaining all the forms that required my signature, and making the transaction process go so smoothly and seemingly effortlessly on my part. Once we were at DLR, we were welcomed by Blanca and the vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to view. (They had popcorn, water, and a kids area for our kids to wait while we inspected the car.)
