If you need anything done to your car other than an oil change, do NOT come to Dallas Dodge! My engine light came on in mid July so I dropped it off with them on a Monday. Nothing was done to it until Wedn change, do NOT come to Dallas Dodge! My engine light came on in mid July so I dropped it off with them on a Monday. Nothing was done to it until Wednesday, which was only a diagnostic test. I didn't hear anything from them so I called Thursday AND Friday, still nothing repaired on my jeep. I called and came to the dealership on that Saturday morning and they finally decided to fix it. It was literally a 4hr repair and they had already had the pieces in stock. Sooooo, what was the issue to just fix it on Wednesday?!?!?! This was such a xxxx off because not only did they pretty much have my car just sitting, I had to pay almost $300 on a rental car which is something they should have provided me with on top of the $1700+ for the repair. I mean this IS a car dealership why couldn't a rental be provided or even a reservation with Enterprise that's literally around the corner?! Fast forward to exactly a month later, my engine light comes on AGAIN! Not wanting to deal with them again, I went to another dealership and they told me it was the same cylinder that I had just paid Dallas Dodge to "fix" and it would be best to go back to see what they did NOT do correctly. I take it to them and they decided to keep my car for a month! A MONTH! The first two weeks I kept being told they were doing a diagnostic test on it. TWO WEEKS?!? SERIOUSLY??! How many tests did they need to run?!!? I'm pretty sure they only tested my jeep once, maybe twice and just left it sitting the rest of the days. Week three comes and the technician decides to do the SAME REPAIR that did not work in July. But, didn't you run a diagnostic? Wouldn't it have told you what the issue was??? So of course, they ran the car with the "repair" and guess what....it didn't work. WELL DUH! IT DIDN'T WORK IN JULY! So here we are again, trying to figure out what the issue is. By this time, a specialist should have been called because clearly they were working well above their pay grade. A specialist should have been called on week 1 but I digress. Proper customer care would have been the manager contacting me to explain that his/her technician could not figure things out & to give me a loaner seeing that they were obviously going to have to keep my car longer. But, NOPE! The manager or technician didn't care! Week 4 comes and I'm being told my car would be done in 2-3 days. Of course it wasn't and they were still trying to figure out what the cause was. Eventually they "figured it out" and I received my car literally on day 31 of them having my jeep. The "repair" is still in the air! We shall see! When I say this whole process was a xxxx off because I had to spend over $1100 on a rental car because Dallas Dodge "couldn't offer me one" (as if I didn't have to drive to work Mon-Fri) while the technician played the game of Operations on my car for a few days and left it to rest on majority of the days. When I finally received my car, guess what...the tank was literally on E! Gas tank logo was lit up and everything. I mean they added all of these miles and just left my car on empty. Luckily a gas station was right around the corner, but like, come on now! I was so exhausted with their xx and the major inconvenience, that I didn't even bother to complain about it. I just got in my jeep and left!! Calling corporate is much better! :-) It kept me from going to jail, for sure! During week 4 and my many calls to them, I constantly asked to speak to a manager. I was told that they would deliver the message to him....til this day, I am STILL waiting on the manager to call me back! Talk about great customer service, eh! Thank God my "repeated repairs" were covered under warranty and I didn't have to pay for it...but then again, I did...in July! People, please spare your energy and your pockets and do NOT come here for service! The manager and technicians do NOT care about customers, their time and money. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! More

They broke my USB port and refused to fix it. I took my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in for a recall software update. They pulled the dash insert out of my USB-C port on the dash and refused to fix it. I took my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in for a recall software update. They pulled the dash insert out of my USB-C port on the dash and refused to fix it. To add insult to injury, the software update was done wrong (or not at all) and my backup camera quit working. The update should have taken 10 minutes ... I had an appointment ... I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. After I pointed out the damage it took them three days to return my phone call. Incompetent and irresponsible. More
