Parts and services are good it just depends on the service advisor. Richard helped me both times and he looks like he doesn't like his job. Which I never was asked or nothing I had to go back and ask him about it and he just said I will call you when parts are ready which never happened. I ended up making a second appointment because he never answered or called back. Just to get charged for the recall that was not fixed the first time. My truck was in the shop three weeks and he did not called or nothing to notify how long it was taking I had to call and ask for updates myself. People should be treated the same way not just because you're a woman and assume she doesn't know nothing you are not going to bother to ask or to explain the same thing you would if it was a man. I brought my vehicle in with transmission problems, almost 5 months ago. One month ago, I was told that they had received the transmission and needed a deposit I paid the deposit only to be told they almost 5 months ago. I had an awesome experience with this dealership, from beginning to end Waldo sales rep is awesome, he listened to me and was able to locate the best car for my budget.
