The initial sign in went quick and easy but the time it would take that was quoted was off. The guy who checked me in said about 2 hours. I had arrived early for my 1:00 pm appointment. Around 12:40. I did have them put on a new rear windshield wiper because of Dodges suggestion but it took more then an hour to do a 5 minute job. After I picked up my car I noticed a noise with my air conditioner that wasn't there before I had my work done. They had replaced the air conditioning filter and when I turned my air on that's when I heard the noise. I went in and told the guy who checked me in. He took my van back in and found a leaf in the way that was making the noise. I finally left the dealership around 5:15. I was waiting the whole time because the guy who checked me in said around 2 hours. Definitely wasn't 2 hours. More
