Derek, when I picked my truck up i had to go on the road to meet with clients for my job. So I had a friend who gave me some help before I left to get my truck detailed again so it didn't smell like a coffee pot. On another note, i explained to your team about my recalls, and that i already had my truck up at your facility two times before for the same recalls but nothing was done, I explained to your team that if we scheduled the recalls to be fixed again, then I would like to get them fixed this time because its hard to be without my truck. They told me it would be fixed this time, but yet again your team had my truck all day and then said no parts were available at the end of the day So please advise. Terry Funderburk
