They are the slowest dealership ever. When I originally bought the car, they lost the keys and I had to leave and come back. Then they lost the key to my tire locks and almost tried to make me pay to get new tires after waiting around for two hours just to get my tires rotated. Then, I made an appointment for an oil change and still ended up waiting an hour and a half. I should’ve just gone to Jiffy Lube for the same price and half the wait time. More
We had a fantastic experience purchasing a New 2022 Jeep Wrangler. Our sales team member Melvin made the transition from our old Wrangler to the all new Wrangler quickly and smoothly. Literally some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Simply trying to get a new key for my vehicle and nobody seems to be able to help and the people in the service dept are very rude. Then put me on hold forever. Definitely avoid this dealership if you can. More
