And it’s still tree sap all over my windows. Who does that?! I guess Dallas dodge does. I bought my keep from them back in 2018 and when I needed to have it fix this is how they treated my vehicle. They called to tell me it was ready for pick up however they failed to clean it. I get that it was New Year’s Eve and the workers might be gone for the day but why not offer a cleaning for a different time if you were so pressed to call me to tell me it was ready. Or just wait til you open the day after new year and call me then and say it’s ready. Lazy! More
I waited 3 hours for a oil change. I arrived at 8a at 10a they advised they didn't have the filter needed but it was on the way. This is a terrible dealership I think they have terrible customer service charge way over labor hours more especially if it's a warranty repair.. They charged me 200.00 to look at my shocks. They charge for work they haven't done and they won't rest until they're in your pocket. Their mechanics can't do the work in the book time and you have to pay the difference. The Service manager "Waco" kept sending pictures of the job to replace the rear main instead of the supporting documents that approved their labor hours. So it cost me well over 500.00 to get my truck back. They don't know how to deal with warranty companies. I notified Stuart Silva the GM I guess this is just the way they handle business. This is my first Ram truck probably gonna see if I can get back in a Ford.. More
