Rated for communication alone as it is too early to know anything about the quality of repairs. The car was in the shop for 2 weeks and I understand it was a complicated issue but I was always the one call anything about the quality of repairs. Over charge/not forthright when itemizing fees for service /Deceitful pricing to mislead customer. Service writer do not return calls nor emails. Dealership restroom/waiting area is elegant. service /Deceitful pricing to mislead customer. Service writer do not return calls nor emails. Dealership restroom/waiting area is elegant. More

Our leased JEEP was in their shop for over two months earlier this year. When we finally picked it up, there was a huge scratch/dent in the rear bumper that had happened while the car was in service. We earlier this year. When we finally picked it up, there was a huge scratch/dent in the rear bumper that had happened while the car was in service. We had already been without a vehicle for two months, and there is no loaner program, so we opted to wait on repair until the lease was up since it was just a few months away. When we turned the vehicle in last month, they hit US with the charge for the repair through a final statement sent from US Bank. Not paying the bank would negatively impact our credit and Jay Hall, the manager, flat-out refused to reimburse us for the cost to repair the damage THEIR team did to the vehicle. The entire experience with Dallas Dodge was terrible, but this was beyond anything I could have expected. I hope ownership cares enough to make changes if they are paying attention to reviews. More
