Notified Derek at Dallas Dodge on 12/8 after picking my car up on 12/4 that I did not feel that my starter was acting right as well as transmission and did not receive a response from him...I paid them $3896.47. On 12/13, my car would not start...called Dallas Dodge to talk to Derek and was told he would be in at 10 and would call me. I finally called at 10:10 and was told he was not in and was sent over to someone else's recording. Called back and was put over to another recording. They finally put me to someone who told me this was a new issue (they did a FULL diagnostic and TEARDOWN and found nothing wrong with my battery or starter) and they would not do anything to help me out. Said I could call a tow truck and have it brought in. FYI...I am a 73 year old woman.

I did a thorough audit between quotes and invoice over the weekend and found that I have been overcharged by approx. $981.86. 90k service was charged for even though I told Johnny Chappa TWICE that I did not want this service. I even called him back to be sure he understood that and he indicated that he did. Also, was billed for an additional $159.67 for parts over the quote.
