My experience was horrible. I have a brand new vehicle and brought it in to get start /stop function working as I tried to utilize it for the first time. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday 12-29-23 morning at 7:30 AM. I was told they would have my vehicle for majority of the day and then I would receive a call. I never received a call. I went to check on my vehicle around 4:30 Pm .I then was informed they would need to keep it until the next day around 12 noon, which was on a Saturday 12-30-23 because they haven’t figured out why it wouldn’t work. On 12-30-23 after having lunch I realize that I had not received a call even though I had text the phone number that was given to me to check on the vehicle. I never received a message back when I went to check on my vehicle again I was told they do not know what is going on with the vehicle and drove it 39 min but start/stop function is still not working stated they could keep it until Tuesday? If not, I can take it and bring it back Tuesday since they were closed Sunday 12-31 and Monday 1-1-24 for the holiday . My vehicle was picked up. It is never been fixed and now the button is not working at ALL this is a brand new vehicle brought with zero miles 2023 jeep Cherokee. I am extremely unhappy with level of service and would not recommend this place to anyone as I am driving a brand new vehicle with one of the functions I would like to use have been broken by one of YOUR employees. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this matter. This is not acceptable!!!! More
