I bought a Jeep in November 2023 certified but day after buying the screen went off half way. I took it back to the dealership immediately and they "order the part". Finally they gave me an appointment for yesterday January 30th; to fix this, yesterday when I took back to the dealership after 30 minutes waiting came the technician and told me that the part they ordered is not the right part. SO they will have to re order the part and of course don't know when this will be fixed BUT they will "Call me". I'm so mad, frustrated at this dealership.. I don't recommend to anybody. Actually I wouldn't expect this kind of service from this type of dealership. More
