My initial experience with this specific service was extremely negative. I called several times trying to speak with a service agent to no avail. I left a message on a generic voicemail. After 2 1/2 hou extremely negative. I called several times trying to speak with a service agent to no avail. I left a message on a generic voicemail. After 2 1/2 hours of not hearing back from anyone I took it upon myself to have my car towed to the service center. Once there, Richard was able to help me with my issue. He did a wonderful job. He helped me with my needs, provided continual communication of my cars situation, and went out of his way to find if my extended warranty would cover the service. His part was amazing. I still have not heard from anyone regarding the message I left on the generic voicemail. More
