Terrible service. ZERO communication with any service tech. No one responded to my texts or calls for an update. I had an appointment at 7am and returned at 1:45pm an ZERO communication with any service tech. No one responded to my texts or calls for an update. I had an appointment at 7am and returned at 1:45pm and nothing had been started on my car. I was told "30 more minutes". I came back to the desk AN HOUR later and was told "30 more minutes". When I asked why my 7am appointment took 8 1/2 hours to complete with ZERO updates I was told "I guess they got backed up". Every time I called for an update I was sent to voicemail. Very dissatisfied here. Would not recommend. More

My wife and son picked up the vehicle and i wouldnt have left without some type of answer. I wonder if it had anything to do with warranty work instead of cash like previous visits. Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram you guys rock, but Ronnie De Luna definitely makes you all more impressive! Ronnie never lets me down, he’s quick, beyond courteous, and truly genuine. The dealership could be De Luna definitely makes you all more impressive! Ronnie never lets me down, he’s quick, beyond courteous, and truly genuine. The dealership could be super busy, but somehow Ronnie makes it happen! He always makes sure I leave highly satisfied and that my truck service is completed in a timely manner. I also want to recognize the mechanics behind the scenes that work with Ronnie, they always do a great job on my truck and it goes noticed, lots of thanks to them as well! I must say if Ronnie is not already y'all's #1 he should be. All the other gentlemen on the floor are also very kind, but Ronnie’s my favorite and would recommend his help any day!
