I just picked my white 2008 white Dodge Nitro this morning and I was satisfied with the results. The vehicle appears much more sturdy. I would like to thank Dusty for the excellent job she did in gett morning and I was satisfied with the results. The vehicle appears much more sturdy. I would like to thank Dusty for the excellent job she did in getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner, and I was also impressed with her commitment to keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. Dusty was very professional, devoted, dedicated, and committed to the task of getting the work completed on my Dodge Nitro. These are attributes which makes Dusty a cut above the average Service Advisor, and she definitely receives five stars from me. Thanks Dusty for all the hard work that you did for me. Wish I could give less than 1 star. We basically were ignored and lied to throughout the experience. I brought the car in on a Friday early morning when the window regulator broke and the window would not stay up. I explained we had just had a death in the family and would need the car for the trip the following week. I was promised a call that afternoon with status. No call. I called Saturday morning to get a status. No call. On Monday noon I started a campaign to get a call back and after about 6 contacts (including someone who told me the agent said he had talked with me which he had not) received a call with a list of things that needed to be done to the car well into the thousands, including things that didn't seem right to me, and things I had done within the past 6 months. Promised an email with that list that day which I didn't get. When discussing with the possible repairs with Johnny the service agent, he seemed unable to give any further detail, although said he had "all the parts" so he could have the car ready by the next afternoon. Given the flakiness just with the communications, I decided on a window regulator repair and an oil change. Not ready the following day, nor was there a call and on Wednesday I had to hunt Johnny down again through multiple calls to multiple people. He said they didn't have the part and expected to have the part on Wednesday. No call to say the car was ready and by Thursday morning I had to have it. I called and was placed on hold for 38 minutes (I just hung up), my husband called back and finally got someone to confirm the car was ready although by that point we had gotten ready to go pick the car up whether it was ready or not. I went to pick up my car and the woman at the desk seemed surprised when I was asking her questions about the work done that the service agent had not explained the repairs completed and offered to call him. At that point I said don't bother, and she said while I was waiting she would call the manager who never showed in the 10 minutes I was waiting to check out. You would think that after the 57? point inspection they performed they would have realized and reported we needed a window cleaning fluid since our well was dry, but no. We realized that on the first leg of our trip and had to stop to purchase that. I will say the only contact I had that I didn't have to search out and make multiple calls was their call to buy our car so they could resell it. Incompetent, dishonest, non-communicative, disrespectful. This company added to our grief during a week already filled with grief. More
