I understand I bought the car as is, and didn’t expect any help. Jay(who sold me the car) and Fred(who I contacted when the issue arose) help me and put in a request with the owner to help me with repairs. After some discussion Dallas Autos Direct decided to pick up 75% of the cost. I was very happy. Today I am going to pick up my car and I was told that the owner is covering 100% of the cost!!!! Wow, I didn’t expect such understanding and help. This is the best customer service I have ever received. From purchase to service I recommend Dallas Autos Direct. They have been friendly and helpful and I will be buying my next car from them undoubtedly. More
