If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I found my car online and I was eager to get it even though I was already iffy about going to this establishment due to past/current reviews. The dealer wasn’t welcoming until I told him how much my loan was worth and until I told him i for sure wanted to buy the car. Not to mention that From the beginning ,before I even test drove the car, he stated there was no returns. During the sale pitch process , any questions I asked he would move pass them EXCEPT for when I asked about the reviews and he had a ramble story for every single one. He said they were fake and from competition. He ensured me over and over there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, which I should’ve questioned more since I had to bring 3 things that were wrong with the car to his attention (the wheels being bald , wheel alignment, and the odometer being wrong). If I wouldn’t have brought those to his attention he wouldn’t have even mentioned it to me. He tried to convince me to get an expensive warranty and I ended up talking him into getting a warranty separate from the car that I could cancel anytime and the warranty was/is useless due to the problem with my car having pre-existing problems. The paper Of acknowledgment that I signed , stated I’m agreeing to purchase the car as is as described by the dealer or the exact words “the described vehicle is sold as is without either expressed or implied warranties of any kind by seller” . If I would’ve been informed about these problems up front I wouldn’t be here. I’m not asking to return the vehicle I’m asking for the issues to be covered/fixed. Also, I was scammed out of five hundred dollars to get the “extended warranty” started. I was sold a “warranty” that was already voided because of the pre existing problems that I was told wasn’t there. They also didn’t tell me about the discrepancy with the car not being able to pass emissions until I mentioned it. The odometer also had a discrepancy as well. More

Came in not knowing what I wanted and everyone I spoke to there helped in every way they can to answer every question I had and to help me find the perfect car for me! What I loved most is they don’t try to there helped in every way they can to answer every question I had and to help me find the perfect car for me! What I loved most is they don’t try to push you to buy they leave that choice up to you so you don’t feel pressured instead they make you feel comfortable with what ever decision you choose to make. I went to multiple dealerships before visiting dallas autos direct and no one at any other dealership made me feel as comfortable as they did! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! They bounced the payoff check for our trade in. This caused my wife's credit score to drop almost 200 points. They will not help correct it. I saw a car online. It was $85k. I called about it and was told it was in mint condition. I could put down a $500 deposit and they would hold the car. I was told if the car was misrepresented and wasn't m was told it was in mint condition. I could put down a $500 deposit and they would hold the car. I was told if the car was misrepresented and wasn't mint, I could get my deposit back. So I go the next day and look at it and it is not in mint condition. I found one issue outside and several inside, with a chunk of leather missing from the console. So I decided to walk since I'm supposed to get the deposit back. GM calls me about an hour later wanting to discuss things and at this point says "You aren't getting the deposit back." I tell him fine, I'll take the car but they either need to fix the issues I found or discount it accordingly. The GM decides to fix things. I waited several days and called back. Supposedly the car was on sale by consignment and the owner changed his mind about selling. I had to ask about my deposit and they finally agreed to return it. Everything about this deal was shady.
