Once you sign the papers forget customer service Not that you should expect honesty from a dealer. However expect William to lie about everything from the car to what he had for breakfast. He will initially attempt to turn on the charm but it quickly fades due to lack of knowledge of his own dealership practices. Not to mention if you have the unfortunate experience of meeting the “owner” who is pompous disrespectful and over all just a jerk. He will tell you that he does not care if he sells the car or not there is someone dumb enough who will. My simple response is that there are plenty of dealerships and cars to not be forced into a bad deal. Over all as long as you have the stomach for haggling and could careless about customer service you may get a good buy. We came in as cash customers so I can’t imagine the treatment of those that are actually seeking financing. My suggestion if you would like to buy from them. Do your research on the car, pick any other sales rep besides William and have cash if not your own financing. More

I hired a 3rd party inspection company to inspect the car which received an excellent review. I had the car shipped and it arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled. Once the Audi was here we could not have been mored pleased. The car was exactly what we wanted and it was a great value even after the shipping cost. Sold me a good car fairly quickly Dallas Autos Direct were just above average. On the car I was looking at I noticed a few problems with it and they were able to fix them... eventually Dallas Autos Direct were just above average. On the car I was looking at I noticed a few problems with it and they were able to fix them... eventually. I saw the car needed an oil change, after the third time of bringing it up it was taken care of. I noticed a crack in the windshield and they jumped on that pretty quickly. They wait till the last min for the inspection... but literally was waiting for them to finish the inspection after all of my paper were signed. With all that being said, the process was still timely. About 45 mins - an hour I was done with all my papers and ready for my new vehicle. The guys, Bryant, Lou, and the staff were very nice and didnt try to hard sell me at all. They allowed me to have a third party mechanic to look at the vehicle on my behalf as well. Great customer service along the way. Overall id like to give them a 3.5 - 4 stars. They were above average but not Great. More

The general manager was open and courteous about warranties, and didnt pressure us into buying anything. He only informed us of our options. Would reccommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal on any car! We were in and out in 2 hours, inlcuding going to eat lunch while they finished detailing the car. Paperwork was only like 20 minutes tops. More
