sales I worked with daniel who was very freindly and helpful in all i needed. After my car was purchases they stated they would replace my remote to my car. I called and left messages and the only person who called back was daniel. Daniel tried to help me as much as he could with my remote . Do not work with Kenny he was very rude and never called me back. I highly reconmmend to work with daniel!!! More

He knew I was interested in the Kia Optima and he did not push me to look at other cars. I liked this right away. My experience in the past with other car dealers is they try to get you to purchase a car that you are not even interested in. Angelo also made a follow up call with me to see how my experience with my new cars was going. I much appreciated his care and concern for my new car purchase. John Secora in finance is a people person. He made my purchase of the Kia Optima a very smooth process. Purchasing a new vehicle has always been a stressful activity for me. Angelo and John eased my worries with their good customer service. Negatives: My car was to be set up for window tint. I was told by Abraham (sorry forgot last name) to bring my vehicle in and that they would have a replacement car ready for me. I showed up at Kia and nobody was expecting me, there was no car ready for me. Abraham was nowhere to be found to find out the details of what he had arranged. Angelo was very kind to follow me to the window tint facility and then gave me a ride to my next destination. My window tint was not completed till 7:30 PM at night. I had traded in my former vehicle to Kia Optima. Two weeks later I noticed that my account was still showing I owed a balance on my former vehicle. I called my bank to see if they had received the payoff from Spradley. My bank stated no there was no payoff. I made a phone call to John Secora; I got voice mail and left a detailed message. I never did receive a phone call back. A couple of day later my balance was paid off. I normally pay my bills online which I find easy and convenient. I went to pay my first car payment in March. I got my statement in the mail with the option of paying online at KMFUSA.com. I created an account on line to pay, when I finally got to the end where you put your payment in there was an extra charge a processing fee of $14. I then called Kia Spradley. John Secora was not in. I was transferred to Troy who did not know why there was an extra charge of a processing fee. I was told to call back on Monday. More
I owned a 2012 Kia Optima and happend to go to Spradley Kia for a routine oil change and came home with a brand new 2014 Kia Optima!! Although my deal took a couple of days, Angelo Mondragon was an absol Kia for a routine oil change and came home with a brand new 2014 Kia Optima!! Although my deal took a couple of days, Angelo Mondragon was an absolute great salesman and ever though he is just starting out, he is a very friendly young man who stayed positive through out the whole entire process. He took me around the dealership and introduced me to the service manager as well as explained what I could expect when having my vehicle serviced. Troy Miller and Tara Spradley are just absolutely wonderful, friendly people, they acknowledge you while you are there and ask if there is anything they can do for you and that to me goes a long way. John Secora is one heck of a finance guy, he had a great sense of humor and makes you feel like a friend rather than someone who is just there to process your paperwork. In fact everyone at Spradley Kia hade a great attitude, they just made us feel very welcome and comfortable. So much so that we bought another car :) I know a lot of people and in a place where word travels, so you can bet I will definately refer people to Dale Spradley after my experience. THANK YOU AGAIN for helping me drive my dream car. More
