Best auto buying experiance in many years! Came in totally frustrated (not with Spradley Kia) just to look and obtain info on a new 2014 Kia Soul and left very happy thanks to Jay, Tara & John. Although they had a great selection to choose from I had to be a "pain" and have them find just the right car at the right price...and they did. Not only did they find what we wanted they found it in a 2015. Even though I gave them all a hard time and misunderstood one thing they kept smiling and delivered 110% even on the misunderstood. Jay is genuinely friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable, We received exceptionally great customer service, and from our observation that appears to be the norm.
