I was in the process of looking at cars to buy my first car. I had been to multiple Iowa dealership in Cedar Falls, Ames, and Fort Dodge with no luck. Reece Raymond greeted me in the lot and he showed me the kind of cars I wanted and what they had. I was very interested in the Jeep Cherokee 2019. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and it was my last test drive! I loved this low-mile 23,800 Jeep and it was a 2019?! It was a practically new car! I named her Olive and never looked back. Sara Walker was wonderful to work with! She was super friendly and helped with all the paperwork. One thing about Dale Howard is the customer service, because I didn't feel pressured to buy a car like the other dealers. I had the check engine light come on a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle but it was a quick and painless fix of just my system just needing to be updated. which didnt cost me another penny.
