horrible service. I got a transmission flush and when I got my car back the transmission was slipping. I took my car back to the dealer so they could take a second loo I got a transmission flush and when I got my car back the transmission was slipping. I took my car back to the dealer so they could take a second look at it. I was told my pump failed and I need a new transmission and it would cost a total of 10,000. I went to another shop and they checked my transmission and they stated my transmission fluid level was not filled properly, so they put the proper amount of fluid in and did a trans flush and I had no issues with the transmission. I went back to Dale Earnhardt and spoke with Shane Woodyard and stated I almost purchased a new transmission and would have spent 10,000 he said nothing at all. I stated I brought my car for a second inspection, and they stated I needed a new one he stated if they didn't check it shame on them. I told him I wanted the money for the services the second dealer completed, and he was only willing to pay for the amount for the trans fluid and stated the second car shop didn't have to do a flush and fill and that's bad customer service. I told him if your tech would have done it right the first time or checked it properly the second time I wouldn't be asking for refund. In the end of all the back and forth I got my refund but that poor service. More should have been done for my inconvenience. I almost spent 10,000 for a service that was done wrong once then checked again. When Shane took all my paperwork and spoke with the receptionist, he gave my paperwork back I wanted to confirm the refund amount and he pointed at the paperwork that was unprofessional I did nothing wrong and he act like the refund was coming out of his pocket. His technicians screwed up not me. I will never return there again More

My family and I drove 1. 5 hours to go to Dale Earnhardt because they were the only dealership around that had the 2023 Traverse Premier. All the other Chevy places didnt have 5 hours to go to Dale Earnhardt because they were the only dealership around that had the 2023 Traverse Premier. All the other Chevy places didnt have much to choose from. Alex Griffee walked out to us while we were looking around and respectably asked us if we needed help! He knew stuff on the traverse i had never heard of. Him and his managers made a great deal that we said yes to. He made sure my kids had a great time. We will be buying from them next time!!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They sale at MSRP as well as putting LoJack for almost $1500 on every vehicle no matter what, and other add ons. We were trying to make a deal on a Yukon XL Cole was our salesman. He was a great salesman, who treated you respectfully, and courteously. When he went to put our offer in a lady (I wish I would have gotten her name but I was so mad I didn't think to get it) came out and showed us their counter offer. I told her we would not pay that for a vehicle that the Kelly blue book shows dealer price for over $5000 less than they wanted to sale it for. So instead of speaking with both my husband and myself she spoke over me, completely ignored me and wouldn't look my direction. I'm assuming she thought if she ignored me my husband would buy it. I told her just because she was talking over me, & not looking my way we weren't changing our minds. She cocked her eyes at me and continued to only speak to my husband. Nothing makes me madder than someone being so disrespectful. So she totally lost the sale for Cole. The sad thing is for Cole we were shopping for my vehicle this time but it won't be too long before we would have been buying for my husband and Cole could have gotten that sale as well. So not just one sale lost but two sales lost. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone due to her disrespect. Cole, John, and a few other salesmen were great and she is ruining things for them if she does this to everyone. My husband and I do things as a team so when she treated me like that and told us she would see if there were other vehicles on the lot we might like I told her no and asked my husband if he was ready. I would have looked at other vehicles had she not treated me so poorly. I feel bad for Cole because he was such a great person and worked hard for us. He really is a friendly respectful salesman. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Con artists, bait and switch, you name it, they do it. Have never has someone try to steal my money as openly and with a smile as they did. After diving 120 miles to buy the car I am presented with a price sheet with 5K in dealer added feature which do not cost more than $500 at any other dealership.
