Chase was great!He made the process very easy. I'm handicap and my wife had service done at dale earn heart dealer, they dealt with us unprofessional they take advantage if they can not owning up to there mistakes. If u are disable and women I telling you the biggest mistake of your life is having them service your vehicle. My vehicle was leaking oil and they Advised my wife, who took the car in that she needed cv axle work done, they change the plastics boot and charge $400 both sides. Ppl u can buy brand new axles for that price whole assembly. Any way ethics is a big problem on them. Now to the causing of failure with engine w/shote repair of seals leaking of oil caused my engine to have a blown motor costs $1800. Now because extended warranty endurance says your mechanic is at fault they denied to fix leaving me to pay for expenses of dealer finding out the cause of there mistake $400. Without service department fixing there mistake. Leaving the consumer responsible for buying a new motor that had only put 7000 Miles since service. More

Let me start off by saying that I drove 5 HOURS to pick up our truck that I saw online from Autotrader. We got down there and yes, the truck ran great...until now - I don't even have a permanent tag on the thing yet. We're looking at a knocking motor and the front end is having problems. Everything in the beginning was GREAT! They we're amazing - until we bought the truck and then nothing. We were promised a $100 gas card since they didn't fill up the vehicles on the spot so we drove off with an empty tank and over a month later still NO gift card. We live in GA and OF COURSE the paperwork was messed up - we couldn't get our tag because apparently the paperwork was filed in FL. We're almost 2 months into owning the truck and are just now able to get the tag - and thanks to wonderful "estimated" calculations owe another $300 for the stupid tag - a little off on your calculations when there is a formula to follow! I've called and emailed until I was blue in the face and of course I get NO response. I really thought that with a big name like they have that customer service would be better - well it is until they're able to stick it to you and get you out the door. More
We purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe with a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS and a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder as trades on NOVEMBER 17, 2012. The sales "agreement" was good. At the time of the sale we were told we would get a set of floor mats and a key remote. To this day JANUARY 22,2013, we have yet to receive either one. And to top it all off, we have yet to receive our registration to the Tahoe. We have now had two temporary tags and working on our third. This kind of customer service is not going to get you a 10 on any survey. Good thing we weren't a new car customer. Chevrolet would not be proud. And Hendrick/Earnhardt wouldn't be either. More
Everyone was great, before buying the vehicle. After the deal was finalized, it was a different issue. Things are "forgotten", it may take several phone calls to get something that was promised, etc. Dealing with no return calls from Mandy in the finance office after leaving messages for 4 days, was very unprofessional and aggravating. I didn't even get a resolution after speaking with the GM, Mike, who was not at all apologetic for his staff's "lack" of behavior. Another trip in and the sales manager, Jeff, finally took care of us!! He got Brian involved and it was taken care of in now time. All that was needed was a form printed / signed. It shouldn't have been that much trouble to get this taken care of. A big thank you to Jeff .... who made sure we were taken care of, when no one else would. More
