After car shopping for months and months I found the best deal at this dealership. We drove from 2.5 hrs away and were greeted as soon as we pulled up. My 84 year old mom and I started the day looking to trade in her 1999 Cadillac. We had thought about trading the car about a year earlier when she thought she wanted an Impala. When we arrived we were warmin in her 1999 Cadillac. We had thought about trading the car about a year earlier when she thought she wanted an Impala. When we arrived we were warming greeted by salesman, Steve Tucker, who seated us so he could find out what we were interested in. After gathering the information he brought up three different style cars and it was at that point we realized the Impala was too large for her but the Malibu seemed to be the right fit! But we were not convinced she would feel she had the luxury of a Cadillac. Since we wanted to run over to the Cadillac dealership, which is also owned by Dale Earnhardt, Steve took us over to look at the SUV Crossover. It was at this time she decided the Malibu was perfect for her. We then returned to his dealership to make a deal. While working on the paperwork I realized I had to pick up my car which was in the shop before they closed. At this time Barbie Jordon graciously stepped in to finish the paperwork for Steve and had him take me to pick up my car! Wonderful people and wonderful experience.....and the Malibu has all the bells and whistles that the Cadillac ever thought of having! More
