Awesome Experience! I completely enjoyed my experience with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet in large part due to the customer service I received from Mr. Terry White. He was very attentive to my purchase requests and understood the importance of helping me to find the best possible vehicle for my daughter's travel needs. I would recommend this dealership over and over again simply because of how well Terry took care of us. I also appreciated that Terry has 20+ years of auto sales experience. You can tell he loves what he does and it shows in his service to consumers. Greg Skinner made the finance part of the purchase very easy. He was through in his explanations and I felt confident in understanding the purchase contract prior to signing. Very nice people to work with I went to dale jr chevy on Monday to look at used trucks and was very kindly greeted by Chelsea when I walked in. And within 2 minutes of being inside I went to dale jr chevy on Monday to look at used trucks and was very kindly greeted by Chelsea when I walked in. And within 2 minutes of being inside Brianna burns introduced me to Terrell baker. Terrell worked as hard as he could for me and didn't pressure me to buy anything in the least bit. He was as helpful as he could be to get the payments to where I wanted. Lastly Greg skinner was very honest with all of my warranty stuff he didn't try to pull my leg on anything and was very straight forward. I would definitely recommend to shop at dale jr and I will definitely be going back for future purchases. More

He is easy going, honest and makes you feel as if you're is only client. The thing that sets Terrell apart from every other salesmen I've encounter is he never tried to sell me what I didn't want or push me on a more expensive vehicle. I felt that he genuinely wanted to help me buy/get a new car. And although I ended up with a used car, I felt so overjoyed about the selection and the process. I literally cried in Steve's office when he delivered the news. I got just want I needed and a good bit of what I wanted.
