2015 Vette Z51 purchase and first service. Mike Matt Barbie GREAT in the sales area. Mike S.did a super job in closing the deal for this my wife's fifty year anniversary present all done in one Mike Matt Barbie GREAT in the sales area. Matt followed to drive the trade in 200S convert back. Jason and George made the first service visit fast informative and the new Service building was comfortable and bright with a LOT OF DALE JR. items. Thanks to you all. More

Terrible experience I contacted the dealership via email and received a response from Mike Shaw within several minutes. We set up a time for later that afternoon for me I contacted the dealership via email and received a response from Mike Shaw within several minutes. We set up a time for later that afternoon for me to look at the used Toyota Tundra that I was interested in. Mr. Shaw assigned a salesperson to me who took me to his desk and started typing on the computer. I told him that I wanted to look at the truck first before we got too far into this. He said, well let me finish booting my computer up, and continued to type. I started to walk off and he saw me and said let me go get the keys. He was gone more than five minutes and when he returned he had Mr. Shaw with him. Mr. Shaw said I am so sorry we sold the truck yesterday. I immediately got up and walked out, Mr. Shaw hurried behind me and said, is there anything else we can show you. I replied that there are no vehicles that I will ever be interested in at this dealership. Mr. Shaw either knew that the truck wasn't there and just wanted me to come to the dealership to try to sell me something else or he is imcompetent and failed to check to see if the vehicle was still there before having me come to the dealership. I have also had issues with the other Dale Earnhardt dealtership in Tallahassee. The GMC dealership tried to sell me a used GMC Acadia with, among other things, a cracked engine block. I will never step foot in another Dale Earnhardt dealership. I wonder if Dale Jr. knows what sort of people are working in his dealerships. More

Unhappy Customer I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. We went there expecting the worse and got exactly what we expected. I did online app was told to come in that they were eager to work with us, but when we got there it was a different story. Not only did they talk bad about our trade in we left we no deal....then was called the next day to hear they can work something out but then never got a call back not even to say nothing could be done. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They get your hopes up then never contact you back. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT GO TO DALE EARNHART CHEVROLET!!! More

They Earned My Business! I was ready to purchase a 2015 Tahoe out of town, after spending almost a month on the internet researching dealership vehicle inventories looking for I was ready to purchase a 2015 Tahoe out of town, after spending almost a month on the internet researching dealership vehicle inventories looking for the specific color, trim level and price that I was looking for. Looked on the GM website one more time. The next morning I had an e-mail from Lynn Mihalich offering her assistance. I stopped by the dealership and Lynn, Jerome Hill and Barbie Jordan went out of their way to locate the vehicle I was looking for and acquired it and had it at the dealership the next day! They gave me a great trade-in value and made an exceptional offer on the 2015 Tahoe LS. Needless to say, I stayed local and purchased the 2015 Tahoe from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. It always helps to be an informed purchaser and the staff of professionals at the dealership were helpful, friendly and courteous, making the purchase experience very positive. I will definitely consider Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet for future vehicle purchases! More

After receiving a response on Dec. 1 we discussed it for two My husband emailed the internet sales manager about a 2011 Chevy camaro at a sister lot. After receiving a response on Dec. 1 we discussed it for two days. On December 3, my husband and I decided to pursue it. We called the number they gave us back and scheduled an appointment for 30 minutes from that time after confirming the car was still available. On our way to the dealership we called our bank and were preapproved. Once we got there, the salesman informed us it would be a $1,000 transfer fee to bring it to their lot. When we questioned it, they went in another room and came back to tell us the vehicle was sold the night before. When we told the salesman just to give us a call if a similar deal came available, he went to another office "to get his card". Instead of bringing us his card he brought us a shorter woman who was obviously his manager. She got in my face and tried to tell me I didn't know what I wanted. I let her talk, but I was very angry that she would speak to me in such a manner. We let the salesman pull some information about similar cars, but everything he brought back was $10k over what we already told him we were willing to spend. I stopped him in his tracks and just told him we would have to come back another day. My husband and I immediately drove to Napleton Infiniti and bought a car there. Moral of the story is that these guys think that every person that walks into their dealership is dumber than rocks. They WILL set a BAIT AND SWITCH if given the opportunity. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT SALESMEN! More

This dealership, these people, are so friendly, and so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and put at ease every step of the way. Everyone from Lynn with internet sales that greeted us after we called about a car we found online, to Steve Tucker- possibly the friendliest and most honest, straightforward salesman I've ever encountered- to Mike Shaw who stayed with us, even well after they were supposed to be closed, until we felt comfortable with the package they put together... And then there's Julian, who handled our paperwork. She was so friendly and helpful, it made me totally forget that it we'd looked at so many cars that day. Phew! So that's it. We didn't even mean to by a car today but we looked at two other dealerships in town and nothing held a candle to what Dale Jr. Had to offer. More

She was very polite and professional with answering my questions, scheduling an appointment, and with a follow-up email. She was the reason why I did come out and ourchase here.
