Last time at the dealership I was told it would cost $782. They wanted to charge $585 just for the part. I could order the part direct from General Motors for $357. I waited 3 hours for a tire and then was told they didn’t have it in stock. I have been to the dealership on 5 occasions and have never had a good experience More

My truck has been in the shop for over a month and I keep getting the run around. At first I was told I was getting a remanufactured engine and then weeks later I was told it actually was used with 90,000 so getting the run around. I am proud to say though since I have been going to Chevy to get my car Serviced and I have been dealing with one person (Mark Enoch) from the West Tennessee location in Tallahassee and the experience has been very professional. He make sure that he review your car to ensure that no scratches no oil on the inside nor any issues is brought back to you when you get your car Back. He does the little things that make you feel special. Like opens the door for you when the vehicle is returned to you. He gives you tips on how to eliminate vehicle services.
