After the purchase you are caught in 2nd GUESS mode and that brings back all the negativity encountered during said situation. My Dahl experience on the other hand, was enjoyable. From start to finish Ken Koeller was very knowledgable and concerned about my questions and had the vehicle suitable for me NOT the salesperson. He showed great concern and customer service before, during and after the sale. Great follow-up too which is often forgotten. A big shout out to your service team as well.
