I am a thorough researcher and a patient buyer, and my usual frustration with salespeople is that they want you to buy a car immediately without time to think. Ken is patient, and plays the long-game. He knows that if he shows courtesy and isn't pushy, it makes customers like me feel comfortable coming in to the dealership a few times without making any commitments. Good experience -- Anthony Zito was great Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He answered all of our questions honestly. The only negative came at the end when we were picking the car up, and were presented with numerous (and expensive) add-on's that we were supposed to choose from with no advance notice that we may want to research them. It was telling that we did not receive any details to take home to help us with this. We found out subsequently that the rust proofing offered is snake oil. Not a good taste to leave us with. That being said, Dahl is a good dealership, Anthony is excellent, and we're looking forward to continuing to do business with them. More

I originally went in to test drive a car I found on their website and ended up deciding it had too many I am 100% satisfied with Gene as my salesman. A day or two later Gene emailed me regarding the same make and model of a car they had with less miles but a little more money which was totally worth it to me. No Pressure We are in our mid fifties and this was the first time we've ever purchased a brand new car. It was also the first time buying from a dealership as we We are in our mid fifties and this was the first time we've ever purchased a brand new car. It was also the first time buying from a dealership as we don't like high pressure sales. We went to Dahl because a) we heard that the dealership is on board with Servant Leadership, b) we wanted to shop local, and c) there were two models that Dahl had on the lot that we had researched and wanted to test drive. We ended up test driving three models, of which one was used. Alex made the entire process easy. He was right there when we stepped on the lot, without being pushy. We never felt pressured. He listened carefully and, based on the features we had told him we wanted, also suggested other possible models. Even when we firmly said that we weren't interested he remained patient and helpful. All the other folks we dealt with at Dahl were friendly and helpful as well. When it comes to customers and Servant Leadership, Dahl not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. And this review is coming from a person who is NOT at all "into" cars. Thanks Alex, for making the shopping for/buying of a car a pleasant experience! More
