He answered all of our questions and even set up our phones for the blue tooth and showed us how to use all of the features in the Crosstrek. He also gave us a tour of the dealership, the service area, museum, and introduced us to several of the employees. Jim was also very helpful with the financing. Easy car shopping and a great deal We went shopping at Dahl when we urgently needed to replace a dead vehicle. We had a tight budget and a list of things we really wanted. Geno made our experience very easy and less painful than it typically is dealing with car dealers. We found a car we liked right away and it was clear they wanted to sell it to us (duh), but there wasn't a ton of pressure to pull the trigger. We were able to negotiate to what we felt was a fair price, then we went out and about to some other dealers, and when we came back Geno was still available and ready to sell us our dream car. Of course they offer up tons of extras after giving you the sale price, but they are pretty low pressure about purchasing these too. More
