After he showed me the car that he thought I would be most interested in (the one I bought), he took me around the lot and told me the pros and cons for each car in my price range and interest. I drove a couple cars and decided to think on it for the night. Alex stayed late to make sure I got all the answers I needed, and the next day I set up a time that week to come in and buy the car. It's been a couple weeks, I am happier with the car than I thought I would be. Going to Dahl that Friday was probably the best choice I have made in a long time. Can't say enough how happy I am. He was not pushy whatsoever and broke down all my coverage options as well as showing me what additional fees would be incurred, he didn't try to get my agreement on anything without first making sure I was aware of all the pricing. Sean had the car I was interested in running and ready to go for a test drive. He told me to take my time and come back when you are ready. I returned after I realized that it was not the vehicle for me. There was no hard push for sale, no question when this was not the one. Sean and I discussed other options, and together we looked for another one. We looked on All of the Dahl lots in WI and MN. And guess what....We found the perfect vehicle for me. As soon as I drove it, I new. Sean worked with his manager to negotiate a price that worked for both of us, and it was a done deal. I am now the proud owner of the exact truck that I was looking for that works for both me and my growing family.
