I hadn't been looking seriously at first for a car but I found a used one I really liked and began to think harder about it. Dave NEVER pushed me into anything and I never felt pressured to buy the car. He answered all of my questions but wasn't afraid to say "I don't know" when he truly didn't but tried his hardest to find the answer for me. Everyone in the store was always so friendly and helpful, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. Josh made the finance part of the process simple and explained everything perfectly (especially for someone like me who needs lots of explaining!) He laid out all of my options (and found me a really low interest rate... :) ) and I was able to pick and choose the best ones for me. Everyone is awesome and I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

After receiving a great deal of feedback from friends / colleagues and reviewing past customer experiences, Dahl Hyundai Mazda Subaru quickly became the obvious choice. Prior to visiting the dealership, we contacted the sales team and arranged an appointment to discuss options and explore trade-in value. On the day of our appointment, I was pressed for time and the team at Dahl went out of their way to make sure that our needs were being met. When it came time to negotiate the sale price, they aggressively priced the car lower than I had hoped and we closed the deal without delay. Geno was excellent, honest, and open to our questions and concerns. The Dahl team is fantastic and while it will be many years before we will need another car, thanks to our new Subaru Outback, you can rest assured knowing that we will return to Dahl! More

Through the whole experience I was treated with respect, and being a young female, I never once felt as if I was being played for the benefit of sales or the dealership. I honestly do not believe I could have been treated any more like family then I did working with the employees I encountered. Eric and his team went the extra mile every time he felt I was unsure about something. For example, I was unsure about a smell that I thought the car had. Eric was confident it was from an overuse of a cleaning solution, but I was still hesitant. We spent a lot of time smelling other cars on the lot before having an ionising thing done, which eliminated the smell just like Eric had originally stated. I completed a lot of research on comparing vehicles between all the local dealerships and a non-local dealership. None of the dealerships had a vehicle as well priced, like the one I feel I received. I needed something looked at on my vehicle after purchasing the vehicle and called dahl up to make an appointment. My only disappointment through this experience was having the appointment desk state that because I have a Chevy, they wouldn't be able to complete the work if I wanted it covered by the warranty. This was something I hadn't thought about and was bummed knowing that I wouldn't be able to continue working with Dahl for service needs on my Chevy. I did appreciate the honesty up front, instead of finding this out after having the care reviewed by a non-Chevy certified mechanic/dealership. However, I will be sending anyone I hear who is looking for a vehicle, specifically to Eric at Dahl!! More

Sooner than expected. This is my second time buying a car from Alex. I knew when I purchased my first car from him, that I would return for my next. It was only a year and This is my second time buying a car from Alex. I knew when I purchased my first car from him, that I would return for my next. It was only a year and a half ago since I bought my first car from him. The car was great but was no longer suitable for me since my needs changed. I was far more nervous for this purchase simply because it seemed like I just bought my other car and didn't expect to be back so soon. Alex was very patient with me and determined to help me get into a vehicle that was more suited for me.
